Last Friday our Santa Barbara team had the opportunity to celebrate another wonderful year with the rest of our TPG family in Texas! Amidst the fun and conversations, a special group of people were recognized for their outstanding performance and contributions for the year of 2016.

Property of the Year was awarded to the teams at Crestbrook Apartments and The Arbors, as represented by Ray Nerios, Misty Rackard, and Janet Jenkins.

This year we introduced a new award titled Rookie of the Year which was awarded to Daniel Yanez for his contributions to the maintenance team at The Point at Deerfield and to Lisa Phea for her efforts at The Lure and The Moxie.

Finally, the Core Value award was presented to Christie Infante, the manager at The Point at Deerfield, for her exceptional display and embodiment of The Paskin Group’s core values.

We would like to thank everyone for their efforts in making 2016 a fantastic year and look forward to the many exciting opportunities that 2017 will bring!
