The National Apartment Association (NAA) has people, from tenants to team members, as the main focus of 2019.

In an article published this month from the NAA, the 2019 resolutions include Innovation, Resident Retention, and Technology. Kim Spahr, a Regional Vice President at Fogelman, says “We are developing managers with mentoring instead of putting out fires.” At The Paskin Group, this is in line with our Theme for 2019 as well, Pride in Performance. We want our Managers to take it to the next level and be fully prepared for the challenges that come their way everyday. With Technology, Fogelman’s Chief Administrative Officer Melissa Smith says “We want to be more innovative and creative by investing in creative promotions, graphics, photographs, videos and that captivate the attention of a new generation of renters.” At The Paskin Group, we understand the value of social media, keeping our websites on the cutting edge, and making sure to have the best photos and graphics on our marketing sites.
