Lisa Phea is the Vice President of Management with oversight of all communities throughout the DFW metroplex. In addition to operations, Lisa is also responsible for profit-and-loss performance for the business lines within her oversight. During her tenure in the multifamily industry, she effectively managed projects while directing renovations, lease-ups, and due diligence on all product types. Her expertise includes marketing and leasing, attracting and retaining talent, executing value-added strategies, and achieving overall operational success. Lisa joined The Paskin Group in 2016 and was honored with the Rookie of the Year award for outstanding operational excellence. She has been active in the multifamily industry since 1991, when she began as an on-site leasing professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions, which led to her first Sr. Property Manager assignment in 2009.
Lisa is a Texas native spending the majority of her life in the DFW area where along with her husband she raised her 6 children. In her free time Lisa enjoys cooking, dancing, spending time with her family and 3 dogs.
Since 1999, Michael has been investing, managing, and developing real estate. He is a seasoned real estate professional that brings a deep analytical and operational expertise to The Paskin Group.
At the age of 19, Michael sold an internet company he founded while attending the University of California, Santa Barbara and used the proceeds to purchase his first real estate investment. By 2006, Michael had founded The Paskin Group and has since grown the company’s investment and management portfolio to approximately 2 million square feet of commercial and residential property and works alongside his team of real estate professionals spread throughout his California and Texas offices.
As President & CEO, he is focused on the company’s growth, investment strategy, culture, and philanthropic involvement.
Michael adamantly believes that every business has a responsibility to the communities in which they operate. He is a fervent supporter of several non-profits, including theGSF.org, Postpartum Education for Parents (PEP), The Junior League, Casa Esperanza Homeless Center, Heal the Ocean, and the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation. He serves as a Mission Pilot for Angel Flight West and Veterans Airlift Command and has served as a board member at the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute, Washington Elementary School Foundation, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) of Santa Barbara, and the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County.
In addition to his role within The Paskin Group, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children, is a two-time Ironman triathlete (Kona 2015, Arizona 2009), seven-time marathoner, and an avid private pilot. He is an active member of the Santa Barbara chapter of YPO and has earned both the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.
Madie is a Executive Assistant for The Paskin Group Corporate Office in Santa Barbara. In 2019, she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She has experience in customer service and office management, having been Supervisor at UCLA Recreation for 2 years and is now enjoying the challenge of the fast paced corporate environment.
As an English major, she loves a great novel, but will also get caught up in a binge-worthy television series. In her free time, she goes to the beach with her dog, and enjoys going to country music concerts.
Crystal Dominguez- Sanders has been in the Property Management industry for 8 years. Starting out in Arkansas as an Assistant Manager and was promoted within 2 months to her own property. She managed the income based property for 6 years maintaining occupancy at 99%. Crystal decided to move to Texas where she continued her property management career that she loves so much. Crystal was soon promoted to a Compliance Specialist before deciding she wanted more! Crystal was then welcomed into The Paskin Group where she thrives as a Corporate Floater. Crystal’s duties include floating from property to property, assisting each property with any leasing, delinquency issues, etc. Crystal strives to do better and better every day. Crystal’s goal is to climb the Paskin ladder. Crystal spends most of her free time at home in Fort Worth with her husband and 2 children. When she is not with family, she enjoys modeling, acting, shopping and eating hibachi!
Ray joined The Paskin Group in 1990. He has over 40 years in multifamily maintenance experience. Ray has a heart for teaching and helping others. Ray is a Texas native, living in the DFW area for the past 34 years. In his free time Ray enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, spending time with his wife and family.
Andrea Wright joined The Paskin Group in 2022 and serves as the Operations Coordinator. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate teams. Andrea started her career in southern California in 1991. Within eight years of being in the multifamily industry, she worked her way up from property manager to district manager. She acquired her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2017.
Andrea moved to Texas in 2000 and currently lives in McKinney, TX. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
Taylor joined The Paskin Group in March of 2022, and serves in our Accounting department. Taylor was born and raised in DFW, has nearly 10 years of accounting experience and is proud to consider TPG a home base. She views her role and responsibilities as an act of service, supporting our TPG teams as well as the communities we serve. Taylor strives to help build efficient processes, and to provide accurate financial reports, while supporting our teams in their day-to-day operations.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, and their 4 furry friends. In addition, she enjoys going to concerts, baking, reading, or a good DIY project. She enjoys learning and devotes time to developing new skills in both her personal and professional environments. Taylor has a passion for giving back and helping others, and believes that even the smallest things make a big impact!
Kaye is responsible for all accounts payable, check issuance, new account set up for new property acquisition, or transfers for the Paskin Group. Prior to joining the Paskin Group Kaye worked as an office manager and different payroll/ A/P and A/R positions. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys cycling, Kayaking & hiking. She currently lives in Garland TX with her husband and 2 dogs.
Renee joined The Paskin Group in 2016. With over 25 years of real estate and development accounting experience, she brings a great amount of experience to the team. Renee is responsible for month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and treasury duties for multiple entities. Her focus is on producing accurate and timely financial statements.
Renee has lived most of her life in North Dallas. She is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Business. In her free time, she enjoys camping, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two Labrador Retrievers.
Whitney is the People and Development Manager for The Paskin Group. After graduating from college in MN, she moved to Santa Barbara in 2010 and worked for several years in luxury hospitality, followed by a year with a local property management software start-up. Whitney was recruited to join The Paskin Group in October of 2016 as Executive Assistant, when there were less than 40 employees. She has since forged a path in human resources, and became SHRM certified in 2021. As the People and Development Manager, Whitney helps to advance the growing workforce of The Paskin Group’s management and investment teams by conducting the human resource functions of the Company. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with her busy son, game nights with her friends, and long walks with her pup.
Joe is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, due diligence, transaction oversight for acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio management, and investor relations for The Paskin Group. Prior to joining the team, Joe worked in the mortgage industry where he specialized in residential investment properties and was involved in closing over $200M of transactions. He received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, staying active, and is an avid fan of Los Angeles sports teams. Joe lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, three children, and their dog.
David Boire oversees the investment and property management of over $600M in real estate for The Paskin Group. Since starting with The Paskin Group, he has closed on over $750M in transactions, and has been involved in over $1B in transactions in his career.
David began his real estate career in 2004, gaining 8 years of experience in all aspects of multifamily real estate investment and property management with a well-respected firm with over $1 billion in assets. He has extensive experience in large multifamily community operations, marketing, maintenance, accounting and management. In 2013, he started with The Paskin Group and has helped grow the firm to over 80 team members who work hard every day to improve the lives of over 5,000 residents.
David is a native of Santa Barbara and graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Business Economics and Environmental Studies. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, skiing, and golfing. In addition, he is a passionate supporter of local charities including United Boys and Girls Club of Santa Barbara County, Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation and theGSF.org
Susan Duke leads the company’s accounting operations, and is responsible for maintaining and improving, a comprehensive set of internal controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
She ensures accounting rules and best practices are understood, implemented and followed.
Prior to joining The Paskin Group, Susan gained over 20 years of public and private experience in the multifamily, commercial and investment industries. In her previous role she served as Vice President – Controller at Lincoln Property Company where she oversaw the accounting for a national portfolio of 100+ properties and revenues in excess of $400 million. Before that Susan was an Assistant Controller for BioMed Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT.
Susan is a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting and spending time with her husband and son.
Vicki, a Texas native, was born in Ft. Worth and spent most of her life in the North Texas area where she raised her 3 children.
Vicki has worked professionally in the property management field since 2008 and joined The Paskin Group in 2021. In her first year with TPG, she was presented with the Paskin Core Value award in recognition of her commitment in demonstrating and teaching our company core values.
In her free time, Vicki enjoys traveling, shopping, refurbishing old furniture and she especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
A Texas native, Angie was born in Cleburne and grew up in Glen Rose, moving to the DFW area in 2000. In her free time she enjoys drawing and painting. She is also a sports fan and grew up playing basketball. She has been in property management for over 20 years and has a passion helping others and loves to give back to the community. She loves her job and loves being part of the Paskin family.
